If you are looking for a book that can help you reclaim your mornings, Hello Mornings is it! Learn how to create a positive morning routine.

In my Monday blog series, I am sharing why we should all embrace our Mondays

I get sent a lot of books to review. Most of the books I get, I read them for a few pages and end up not finishing them because—well—life. But when I recently received a review copy of Kat Lee’s newest book Hello Mornings, I found it hard to put down.

Mornings are difficult for most of us, as it is the official start to our day. With so much to do, mornings are a wakeup call, literally. I can’t count the amount of times over the years that I’ve hit the snooze button to delay my morning. And almost each time, the extra five or ten minutes didn’t do me a bit of good, and only prolonged the inevitable.

This year, I began to work on Monday magic, and taking back my power. Instead of loathing them, I was going to go full thrust into my week bolder, better, and badder. I wasn’t going to let Monday mornings crush me, I was going to crush them.

A mindset change happened, and I am now Team Mondays. Hello Mornings is a perfect companion piece to my new Monday Manifesto, because it helps you set up habits that create a solid morning routine. One that can set your day up in a positive way that can make a huge difference.

If you are looking for a book that can help you reclaim your mornings, Hello Mornings is it! Learn how to create a positive morning routine.

In the book, blogger Kat Lee shares a guide to help you craft an awesome morning routine. With it, you can accomplish all of your goals while getting some prayer time in with God. With a solid foundation like this to your day, you can tackle everything.

I am almost done with Hello Mornings, and I can tell you that I am reinvigorated and ready to sink my teeth into my mornings. Instead of hitting the snooze button, I have been actively engaging in activity that she shares in her book. With prayer, worship, journaling, and meditating, I’ve been feeling unstoppable.

Kat’s tone is very conversational, not preachy, and she also uses herself as an example so that you don’t feel alone. The book is easy to read and is very encouraging and it is hard to put down at some points.

If you are looking for a way to take back the power of your mornings, Hello Mornings is the book for you. I recommend it to any busy parent who feel that they don’t have enough hours in the day to do what needs to be done. Starting with just three minutes, you can create a morning ritual that helps propel you throughout your day.

You can also get more encouragement joining Kat’s awesome Hello Mornings community, which I am now a member of as well. Join a group of strong women who are empowered daily with their morning routines.
